We are excited to introduce our Robotic Unscrambler, with 1 robotic head, which in this case handles empty bottles in the dairy sector. This Robotic Unscrambler is capable of operating up to 5000 bottles per hour (BPH) and handles three different bottle sizes: 174 ml PET, 7 oz HDPE, and 10 oz HDPE, offering exceptional flexibility.
The Robotic Unscrambler (LR1T) places the bottles horizontally on a Tilting conveyor belt, which then moves them vertically onto the TableTop conveyor belt exiting the unscrambler. In this way the bottles are ready for the next production process.
